Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years HR management experience in F&B, hospitality, or catering.
• Deep knowledge of Bahrain labour law and employment regulations.
• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the entire HR function and organizational development strategy
• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain optimal staffing across all locations
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Bahrain labour laws
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with operations teams to support company growth
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
