The role requires collaboration cross-functionally to execute impactful campaigns, deliver insightful performance reporting, and build strong relationships with strategic stakeholders to enhance sales effectiveness and nationwide visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI/analytics with exposure to sales.
• Highly analytical & numbers-driven with strong organizational skills.
• Project and program management experience across phases, plans, deliverables, scopes and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPI-driven sales performance and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure SOP compliance within the sales team and optimize SOPs.
• Define projects to optimize key accounts performance and engagement.
• Conduct regular business reviews to give Key Accounts full visibility of performance.
• Collaborate on regional campaigns to boost branding and sales performance.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports tracking KPIs and SOP adherence.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders and strategic partners.
