Job summary

Talabat is seeking a data-driven sales performance professional to monitor KPI-based performance and lead initiatives that optimize key account growth nationwide in Bahrain. You will collaborate cross-functionally to execute campaigns, deliver insightful performance reporting, and strengthen relationships with strategic stakeholders to improve sales effectiveness and visibility.

The role focuses on ensuring SOP adherence, analyzing data, and driving initiatives across regions to enhance brand

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
5+ years of BI/analytics with exposure to sales.
Highly analytical & numbers-driven with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor KPI-driven sales performance across regions.
Ensure SOP compliance and optimize SOP based on learnings from sales, logistics, finance, and training.
Define projects to optimize key accounts' performance and engagement.
Conduct regular business reviews for visibility of performance across the country.
Collaborate on regional campaigns impacting branding and sales performance.
Create weekly/monthly performance reports to track KPIs and SOPs.
Roll out reports for the sales team to manage performance.
Establish, build, and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders of strategic partners.
