AccorHotels' Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is seeking a Head Bartender / Mixologist to lead the bar team of its Greek / Mediterranean restaurant, crafting exceptional beverages and signature cocktails.

The role emphasizes managing daily bar operations, devising menus, maintaining service standards, monitoring stock and costs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety policies to deliver guest-focused experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team
• Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement
• Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier orders
• Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality
