Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is seeking a passionate and service‑oriented Butler to join the Club Millésime team. You will be the heart of the guest experience, delivering personalised, anticipatory and discreet service throughout the stay.

• Minimum 2 years of Butler experience from Luxury background including F&B experience.
• Strong communication skiils
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised and attentive Butler service to Club Millésime guests.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt follow-up and resolution.
• Uphold Sofitel's luxury service standards, grooming standards and service culture at all times.
