Job summary

Sofitel Bahrain is seeking a Head Bartender / Mixologist to lead our bar team in a luxury Greek/Mediterranean restaurant. You will design cocktails, update menus, and ensure exceptional service and guest engagement.

We expect 3–5 years in a similar luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, strong knowledge of spirits and international trends, and proven leadership. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team.
• Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations.
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement.
• Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier orders.
• Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively.
