Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks to the highest standards.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly personalised service.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of beverages.
• Recommend drinks and assist guests with beverage selections.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the bar menu, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
• Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Follow responsible service hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with stock control, replenishment, and daily bar preparation.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service especially during busy periods.
• Create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for guests at the Lagoon Bar.
