Job summary

Naseem AlAndalos, a Bahraini fashion house, is seeking handwork specialists to craft handmade trims, cords, tassels, belts and other decorative details for luxury kaftans and couture pieces.

You will follow sketches and placement guides, maintain pattern tension and sizing, and ensure high-quality finishing of delicate materials. This role is handwork only, with visa sponsorship available for international hires. Working hours are Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a lunch break.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience making handmade trims, cords, tassels, belts or similar decorative handwork.
• Neat, precise and consistent handwork.
• Experience with kaftans, couture or bridal wear is an advantage.
• Patience and a strong eye for detail.

About us

Naseem AlAndalos is a Bahraini fashion house creating luxury kaftans, prêt-à-couture and couture. Every piece is made in our atelier in Bahrain, from the first hand-drawn sketch and hand-cut pattern to the final fitting.

The role

We are looking for handwork specialists to make handmade trims, cords, tassels, belts and other decorative details for our luxury kaftans and couture pieces.
