Job summary

Naseem AlAndalos is seeking a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our Bahrain atelier. The role requires leading tailors, cutters, embroiderers and handwork specialists, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality at every stage.

Strong background in fashion design or couture environments is essential. You will coordinate with the design team on samples and fittings, manage fabrics and trims, and drive a high-standard, hand-made production process within our atelier.

Qualifications

• Background in fashion design or atelier/couture environment is required.
• At least 3 years in garment production with team supervision.
• Strong understanding of hand construction, pattern making and finishing.

About us

Naseem AlAndalos is a Bahraini fashion house creating luxury kaftans, prêt-à-couture and couture. Every piece is made in our atelier in Bahrain, from the first hand-drawn sketch and hand-cut pattern to the final fitting.

The role

We are looking for a production manager from a fashion design or atelier background to run day-to-day production in our atelier.

What you'll do

• Plan and schedule work across our tailors, cutters, embroiderers and handwork specialists
• Track every order from cutting to final finishing and make sure deadlines are met
• Check quality at each stage before pieces move on
• Work with the design team and pattern maker on samples and fittings
• Manage fabrics, trims and materials, and follow up with suppliers
• Lead, train and motivate the atelier team

What we're looking for

• A background as a fashion designer or in an atelier or couture house (factory mass-production experience alone is not enough)
• At least 3 years' experience in garment production, including experience supervising a team
• A strong understanding of hand construction, pattern making and finishing
• Organised, calm under pressure and clear when giving instructions

Please note

Our atelier works by hand. You must understand hand-made production. This is not a digital or factory-systems role.
