Job summary

Naseem AlAndalos is seeking an experienced tailor to sew luxury kaftans, evening wear, and couture pieces in our Bahrain atelier. You will work on garments end to end, following designer instructions and samples, using fine fabrics like silk and satin. Attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

The role emphasizes hand and machine sewing, alterations after fittings, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as a tailor in an atelier, couture house or high-end workshop.
• Experience with kaftans, abayas, jalabiyas or evening wear is a strong advantage.
• Strong sewing skills, by machine and by hand.

Responsibilities

• Sew garments from start to finish, following patterns, samples and the designer's instructions.
• Work with fine and delicate fabrics such as silk, satin and chiffon.
• Make alterations and adjustments after client fittings.
• Finish seams, hems, linings and closures to a high standard.
• Keep your work area organised and meet production deadlines.
