Job summary

Naseem AlAndalos in Bahrain is seeking skilled hand embroiderers to embellish luxury kaftans and couture pieces in our atelier. You will carefully hand-embroider garments following the designer's sketches, using beads, sequins, pearls and metallic thread to create refined details.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of atelier experience and be proficient in aari, zardozi, beading, and traditional stitches. This is a pure hand embroidery role; no machine work is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' hand embroidery experience in an atelier or high-end workshop.
• Skilled in techniques such as aari, zardozi, beading and traditional hand stitches.
• This role is strictly hand embroidery; no machine or computerised embroidery operators.

Responsibilities

• Hand-embroider garments following the designer's sketches and placement guides.
• Work with threads, beads, sequins, pearls and metallic thread.
• Transfer designs onto fabric and keep the embroidery consistent across each piece.
• Handle delicate fabrics without marking or damaging them.
• Check finished work for quality before it moves to the next stage.

About us

Naseem AlAndalos is a Bahraini fashion house creating luxury kaftans, prêt-à-couture and couture. Every piece is made in our atelier in Bahrain, from the first hand-drawn sketch and hand-cut pattern to the final fitting.

The role

We are looking for skilled hand embroiderers to embellish luxury kaftans and couture pieces in our atelier.

• Hand-embroider garments following the designer's sketches and placement guides
• Work with threads, beads, sequins, pearls and metallic thread
• Transfer designs onto fabric and keep the embroidery consistent across each piece
• Handle delicate fabrics without marking or damaging them
• Check finished work for quality before it moves to the next stage

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years' hand embroidery experience in an atelier or high-end workshop

• Steady hands, patience and a strong eye for detail

Please note

This is a hand embroidery role only. We are not looking for machine or computerised embroidery operators.
