Job summary

Naseem AlAndalos, a Bahraini fashion house, is seeking handwork specialists to craft handmade trims, cords, tassels, belts and other decorative details for luxury kaftans and couture pieces.

You will follow sketches and placement guides, maintain pattern tension and sizing, and ensure high-quality finishing of delicate materials. This role is handwork only, with visa sponsorship available for international hires. Working hours are Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a lunch break.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience making handmade trims, cords, tassels, belts or similar decorative handwork.
• Neat, precise and consistent handwork.
• Experience with kaftans, couture or bridal wear is an advantage.
• Patience and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Make handmade trims, cords, tassels, belts and other decorative details
• Follow the designer's sketches, samples and placement guides
• Keep patterns, tension and sizing consistent across each piece
• Work carefully with fine threads, cords and delicate materials
• Check finished handwork for quality before it moves to the next stage
