Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee group bookings, manage room blocks, and maximize revenue. You will coordinate with sales and conference teams and serve as the primary contact for group organizers.

Proven experience in hotel reservations management and/or group sales.
Proficiency in Opera Cloud.
Language requirement: English and Arabic

Responsibilities

Manage group inquiries and bookings, negotiating rates, terms and contracts.
Coordinate room blocks, meeting spaces, and special requests for group reservations.
Work with sales and conference teams to ensure group needs are met and communicated.
Oversee the reservations department, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of bookings.
Monitor previous night statistics, no-shows, and early departures to optimize performance.
Analyze booking patterns and market demand to adjust rates and availability.
Use RMS and data analytics to forecast and maximize revenue opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for group organizers and VIP guests; ensure service excellence.
Communicate effectively with internal departments to coordinate guest requests and room allocations.
Lead and develop the reservations team; conduct regular performance conversations and reviews.
Prepare reports on group bookings, occupancy, and revenue performance.
