Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related discipline.
• Experience in Customer Service Management, Master Data & Systems (SAP, APO, IBP).
• Experience in Project Team coordination or general team management.
• Experience working directly with multinational partners/customers.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Product know-how.

Responsibilities

• Active management and customer care.
• Execute forecast management and logistic agreements in day-to-day business.
• Manage orders (Sampling, Standard Sales Orders, Scheduling Agreements).
• Coordinate and organize shipments according to customer requests.
• Manage shipping and customs documents as well as billing.
• Coordinate quality complaints and organize return shipments.
• Support and actively work with S&OP tools (e.g., Forecast Entry via IBP).
• Manage customer stock according to optimized working capital principles.
• Prepare and manage Customer Service-related Master Data preparation / CMSR.
• Manage customer requests and issues (claims, questionnaires, dunning, specification updates) and support Sales Accounts.
• Manage and update price lists.
• Manage color sampling/matching and sample requests.
• Active communication with customers to build trust and strengthen relationships.
• Cooperate with Sales in all customer-related topics.
• Manage or participate in local and regional Customer Service projects.
