Job summary
The Corporate Institute in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking a Partner (tenured) / Director (experienced) in Risk Advisory for the GCC region—a leadership role for a seasoned risk consulting professional with current Big4 client-facing experience.
You will drive growth in Financial Services, lead large complex engagements, oversee 30+ professionals, and deliver board‑level presentations while shaping service offerings and building the practice across multiple countries.
Qualifications
- 18+ years in Internal Audit/GRC consulting (not technology).
- Majority in Risk Consulting with Big4 client-facing experience.
- 5+ years in a Big4 Director or above position.
- Financial Services experience – Retail, Investment Banking, Insurance.
- CIA and/or CISA must have.
- Multi-country experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth of the Risk Consulting business in the region.
- Take an active leadership role in growing Financial Services.
- Lead large and complex projects with subject matter expertise.
- Drive innovation, practice growth, and team development.
- Manage 30+ subordinates and multiple engagements.
- Business development – client targeting, sales pitches, proposal development.
- Deliver Board-level presentations.
