Job summary

Deloitte Middle East in Bahrain is seeking a Senior Audit & Assurance professional to lead engagements from planning through reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high quality insights.

You will supervise staff, review client financial records, and apply professional skepticism to understand risks, controls, and governance while building strong client relationships. The role requires clear communication, timely delivery, and adherence to Deloitte's standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in public auditing and accounting, preferably with Big Audit Firms.
• Experience supervising staff and preparing detailed audit reports.
• Ability to plan and manage engagements and people to meet deadlines.
• International accounting qualification desired: CA, ACCA, or CPA; CA preferred.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Arabic/English preferred.
