Confidential Company in Manama seeks a results-driven CEO to lead strategy, performance, and sustainable growth. You will translate strategy into annual plans, manage risk, and ensure governance with the Board.

Lead a professional team, drive operational excellence, and manage family-ownership governance. A bachelor’s in business, finance, economics, or engineering is required; MBA preferred with 15+ years' senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics/engineering or related field
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive senior-management experience
• Significant experience as CEO/MD or equivalent senior executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Company strategy and annual business plans
• Deliver revenue profitability cash-flow and ROI targets
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure KPI achievement
• Lead a professional management team with clear accountability
• Identify growth opportunities, new markets, partnerships, and investments
• Maintain strong governance with the Board and committees, and manage family-ownership considerations
