VC LATAM SUMMIT is seeking a highly organized, discreet Special Events Founder’s Assistant / Event Security Supervisor to support executive-level event coordination and ensure safety at high-profile gatherings.

You will lead on-site security coordination, risk assessment, logistics, and VIP liaison, while protecting confidential information and adapting to last-minute changes to deliver a professional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event coordination, executive assistance, security supervision, or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of event safety, risk assessment, access control, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly discreet, adaptable, and professional, with the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct support to the founder in event planning, scheduling, logistics, and VIP coordination.
• Supervise event security personnel, access control, crowd management, and emergency response arrangements.
• Coordinate with event organizers, venues, vendors, and security teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct security assessments, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate preventive measures.
• Manage confidential information, last-minute changes, and time-sensitive operational requirements.
• Ensure events meet safety standards while delivering a professional and exceptional guest experience.
