Job summary

Clarendon Parker International seeks a security professional to plan, direct, and coordinate security activities protecting assets and people on site. You will review daily/monthly reports, propose improvements, and draft IARs for security issues.

The role includes training guards, enforcing SOPs, and coordinating with contractors for VIP events and site visits. The candidate should have at least five years in security, strong English and computer skills, and the ability to create and update

Qualifications

• Has experience in the security field with past security issues (minimum 5 years).
• Ability to read standard operating procedures and security reports (daily/monthly) and accident reports.
• Ability to draft Internal Approval Requests (IARs) for security issues.
• Proficiency in computer skills and English for communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate security activities to safeguard assets and people on site.
• Review security documents (reports, proposals) and write evaluations and recommendations.
• Provide training per SOPs, assign work, and evaluate or discipline guards.
• Set security plans for special events and VIP visits.
• Order security supplies and equipment as needed.
• Attend meetings with guards, supervisors, and contractors to ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports on losses, violations, and incidents.
