Job summary

S&K HR Consulting client seeks a driven Business Development Executive to expand sales across bakery, foodservice, HORECA, and food manufacturing in Bahrain. You will identify new customers, manage key accounts, and present products through regular visits and negotiations. Quotation preparation, collections, and CRM updates are also required.

The role requires 3–5 years in food ingredients/B2B sales, strong Excel skills, and Bahrain driving license, with English proficiency as a must.

Qualifications

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in food ingredients, bakery, or HORECA industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis).
• Bahrain market experience in similar field preferred.
• Valid Bahrain Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales and company KPIs and business objectives.

• Ensure Open and accurate daily reporting to Line manager on daily activities and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries; follow up on collections and maintain healthy customer accounts; update sales activities and customer information in the CRM/ERP system.

Our client, a leading and highly reputed name in bakery ingredients and products, operating since 30+ years across 5 countries, are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand sales, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships within the bakery, foodservice, HORECA, and food manufacturing sectors across Bahrain.

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Reports To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
