BuySphere Retail Staffing is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a fine dining restaurant in Manama, Bahrain. You will oversee all kitchen operations, from menu planning and food preparation to staff management and quality control.

The ideal candidate has proven Executive Chef experience in fine dining, strong leadership, and a creative mindset. A Culinary Arts degree is preferred but not required; visa sponsorship is offered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain stock.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Create new dishes using seasonal ingredients and trends.
• Collaborate with front-of-house for a seamless dining experience.
