Job summary

ByteGrid Talent Services seeks an experienced Executive Chef for our upscale restaurant in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. You will lead the kitchen team, oversee all food preparation, menu planning, and maintain top quality and profitability.

You will develop inventive dishes, manage inventory and sourcing, train staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with management on new concepts and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Chef role in a high-end restaurant.
• Proven ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining profitability.
• Strong leadership to train and manage a kitchen team.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Our esteemed restaurant in Dar Kulaib is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation menu planning and kitchen operations The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes

• - Create and update menus to ensure variety and seasonality of offerings
• - Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients
• - Train and manage kitchen staff including scheduling performance evaluations and discipline when necessary
• - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• - Comply with all health and safety regulations
• - Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new concepts or events

Requirements

• - Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
• - Proven ability to create innovative and delicious dishes while maintaining profitability
• - Strong leadership skills with the ability to train motivate and manage a team effectively

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month for this position

Location

Our upscale restaurant is located in Dar Kulaib Preference will be given to candidates already residing in or willing to relocate to Dar Kulaib
