Executive Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Dar Kulaib

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our fine dining restaurant in Dar Kulaib. This individual will lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in fine dining establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop menus that showcase creativity and high-quality ingredients


• Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating


• Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards


• Manage inventory and food costs to ensure profitability

Requirements

Salary

Salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location

This is a contract job located in Dar Kulaib. Candidates must have their own visa.
