Dar Kulaib Resort is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will lead a diverse kitchen team, craft menus and ensure top quality, consistency and cost control.

Applicants should have proven executive-chef experience in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, budgeting, inventory management and the ability to plan menus for dietary needs. Biometric passport travel readiness is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute menus that reflect the resort's concept and meet guest expectations.
• Manage, train and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Monitor food quality, presentation and portion control to ensure consistency.
• Source quality ingredients from local suppliers.
• Control food costs while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to create special events and promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking styles, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Ability to plan menus that cater to different dietary needs/preferences.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with full-time employment.
