You will work closely with our management team to create and maintain menus that reflect our commitment to using fresh, local ingredients and innovative culinary techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation and service
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies to minimize waste
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
• Collaborate with management team on menu development to reflect seasonal availability of ingredients
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
