Job summary

Zain is seeking an experienced Presales Engineer in Manama to drive CX and AI solutions across the sales lifecycle. You will collaborate with customers to capture requirements, craft end-to-end CX and AI proposals, and support executive interactions.

Key duties include preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting PoCs and workshops, and developing ROI models while building strong partner and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 8-10 years of experience in Presales or enterprise tech.
• Experience with CX, AI, and digital transformation is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business, operational, and customer experience requirements.
• Recommend CX solutions including Contact Center, Omnichannel, AI Chatbot, AI Voice Bot, CRM, and CX Advisory services.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and technology partners to develop end-to-end CX and AI solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BoQ, SoW, and responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
• Support customer demonstrations, workshops, PoCs, and executive presentations.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and value propositions for proposed solutions.
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle from opportunity qualification to proposal submission.
