Job summary

Zain Bahrain is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end technology operations across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and service desk. You will own the performance governance, incident and change processes, and drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and security alignment with our transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• ITIL Foundation or higher is preferred; cloud and service management certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Technology Operations across infrastructure, applications, cloud, digital platforms, databases, service desk, and end-user support.
• Own KPIs, SLAs/OLAs, incident/problem/change/release management, service reviews and continuous improvement.
• Oversee patches, upgrades, releases, vendor support, monitoring, production readiness and business validation.
