Job summary

DNS Co. W.L.L in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer for AICaaS, presales and delivery.

This full-time, on-site role involves translating business requirements into AI use cases, presenting technical capabilities, and coordinating between customers and vendors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in AI engineering or solution consulting, with strong Python skills and cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in AI engineering, software development, machine learning, cloud solutions, technical presales, or solution consulting.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and their AI services.
• Experience developing APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers with the AICaaS Function Lead or independently when delegated.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into AI use cases and implementation plans.
• Support qualification of AI opportunities and assess technical feasibility.
• Present capabilities, benefits, architecture, limitations, security considerations, and deployment approach to customers.
• Act as the technical interface between customers and the AI technology vendor.
• Track vendor actions, technical issues, delivery risks, and pending requirements.
• Review vendor deliverables and solution designs before customer presentation.
• Develop AI agents and Generative AI applications using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
• Create conversational AI, voice agents, customer-service agents, and workflow-automation solutions.
• Support projects from discovery through PoC, implementation, production deployment, and post-production support.
• Coordinate technical activities between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
