Calo Inc. is offering a one-year, full-time fellowship designed for recent graduates with limited experience. The Operations & Growth Fellow will work across multiple markets, collaborating with leaders in operations, marketing, strategy, supply, expansion, and customer experience.

You will own projects from planning to delivery, learn quickly, and contribute to business growth. You will rotate across teams during the first two weeks of each month and present outcomes on Showcase Day.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of cross-functional projects across the On Demand business.
• Coordinate with teams in Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience.
• Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Help launch new initiatives, processes, and business improvements across multiple markets.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, and recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects from planning through execution and delivery.
