Job summary
Virtuthinko is seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide end-user support, manage Microsoft 365 services, and ensure smooth IT operations in a bilingual environment (Arabic and English). The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, asset management, and strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate will configure devices, manage AD/Entra IDs, and maintain IT documentation while supporting 365 services across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on IT helpdesk or end-user support experience.
- At least one year of experience supporting Microsoft 365 services.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and configure new user accounts and IT equipment.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA and group management.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and business applications.
- Maintain IT asset inventories and update records.
