Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a customer and sales support professional to join our team in a structured, detail-oriented role. You will handle quotations, tenders, and maintain strong links with sales partners, while supporting the Area Sales Manager throughout the sales process.

The role requires at least 2 years in Customer & Sales Support, with strong English and mandatory French language skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems is essential, with Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed a commercial or business-related education.
• Experience in Customer & Sales Support or Inside Sales is required (min 2 years).
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer issues across pre- and post-sales.
• Prepare quotations and manage tenders.
• Support Area Sales Manager and sales partners through the process.
• Coordinate customer follow-ups and product demonstrations with the sales team.
• Maintain CRM database and support trainings via OMICRON Academy.
