Alzayani Investments in Bahrain is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Officer to own end-to-end technical support across hardware, software, and modern smart-device ecosystems.

The role emphasizes configuring and maintaining devices, Windows Server environments, CCTV/ELV systems, network connectivity, and proactive problem solving with strong communication. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues.
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End IT support for hardware and software issues (Level 1–3).
• Configure, support, and maintain personal and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot smart home/office devices and AV systems.
• Support ELV systems including CCTV, access control, and security tech.
• Manage network connectivity across LAN, WAN, and wireless deployments.
• Assist in Windows Server administration: AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Maintain IT inventory and liaise with vendors for repairs.
