Bahrain Surf Park is seeking an enthusiastic Commis to join our kitchen team at the Bahrain Surf Park complex, just steps from the beach. You will support the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie in daily food preparation and hygiene, learning in a structured, professional environment.

The role emphasizes basic prep, cleanliness, teamwork, and safe food handling, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, multicultural team near a premier surf destination.

Formación

• Entry-level role; previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
• No formal qualification required; culinary certificate is an advantage.
• Fluent Arabic and English speaker (other languages preferred but not essential).
• Passion for cooking and willing to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in basic food preparation and mise en place.
• Follow instructions from senior chefs accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and hygiene standards.
• Follow HACCP standards and safe food-handling practices.
• Assist in inventory and stock organization as directed.
