Job summary

Salt is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive Bahrain's cybersecurity solutions business. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and develop proposals for enterprise and mid-market customers. Flexible/home-based with regular travel for client meetings.

The role is an individual-contributor with full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with strong local market knowledge and an established network. Aprove traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–8 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales or solution sales.
• Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions or services.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience owning the entire sales cycle and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a country-specific business development plan.
• Identify and win new cybersecurity customers in Bahrain.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company at meetings and industry events.
