Qualifications

Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Proven B2B sales or business development experience within Bahrain.
Experience selling IT services, MSP, networking, or tech solutions preferred.
Experience prospecting and developing new market opportunities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach across Bahrain via networking, direct contact, referrals, and digital channels.
Executive Engagement with Business Owners, Operations Managers, and IT Directors.
Opportunity Discovery of IT support, infrastructure, and networking needs.
Deal Progression by aligning service scopes, presenting proposals, and closing deals.
Pipeline Tracking of leads, meeting outcomes, and follow-ups.
