This role blends strategy with hands-on execution across markets, audiences, and campaign types, partnering with Analytics, Creative, and platform partners to scale efficiently.

• Senior-level expertise scaling paid YouTube channels.
• Proven track record managing seven-figure media budgets.
• Experience across markets with EU-wide relevance.
• Ability to own end-to-end YouTube growth initiatives as a freelancer.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale Loop's paid YouTube channel across international markets, managing a seven-figure annual media budget.
• Lead activity across Demand Gen, VVC, and YouTube-specific formats while remaining hands-on in the account.
• Build an experimentation roadmap across audiences, creative, bidding, and markets.
• Partner with Performance Lab and Analytics on incrementality and lift studies.
• Collaborate with Paid Search to understand cross-channel interaction within Google ecosystem.
• Translate performance insights into clearer creative briefs and testing plans with Creative Strategy.
