Who Are We?
NTTRB (Never Touch The Red Button) is a Brussels-based audiovisual production studio.
What are our areas of expertise? Motion design (2D and 3D), video, post-production, holography, new technologies, projection, and mixed media projects that blend a bit of everything.
We also work directly at institutional clients' sites, to strengthen their skills in our areas of expertise. That's the specificity of our Inhouse service. This offer is for the Inhouse team.

A Senior Video Editor & YouTube Creator

Job type: 4-month fixed-term contract, full time, starting early October 2026, renewable. On site, within an institution in Brussels.

Your skills and experience:

• Senior profile: at least 7 years of editing, several of them producing for YouTube
• You run a YouTube channel, or you have run one: you read retention curves and you know why they drop
• Working knowledge of the influence system: audience growth, Shorts vs long form, titles, thumbnails, hooks, community
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
• Knowledge of After Effects
• Knowledge of Resolve is a plus
• Proficiency in other Adobe Suite tools is a real plus
• Willing to undergo training to quickly integrate into a specific workflow
• Ability to advise on YouTube and social video matters and stay current on platform and format trends
• Language: Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written (non-negotiable)
• Strong sense of storytelling: a first frame, a hook, a reason to stay until the end.
• Good stress and urgency management, in rush situations.
• Compliance with imposed deadlines.
• Comfortable in an institutional setting: validation rounds, confidentiality, and keeping your tone anyway
• Proactive: ready to make suggestions to improve products, formats and publishing habits
