Cowboy is seeking a Growth/M marketing lead to own paid acquisition across Europe from our Brussels hub. You will build, run and optimize campaigns on Meta and Google, manage CAC and payback, and partner with external agencies to drive revenue.

You will champion attribution, run test-and-learn cycles, and expand channels while reporting to leadership. You will work in a small, fast-moving team with real ownership from day one, shaping how Cowboy grows in Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running paid acquisition on Meta and Google.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Good commercial instincts.
• Experience managing an external paid media agency.
• Knowledge of attribution and incrementality.
• Ability to identify partnerships that drive sales.
• Clear, confident communicator.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google with hands-on campaign management.
• Manage CAC, CPA, and payback across channels.
• Develop creative strategy and test ideas.
• Track attribution and incrementality beyond dashboards.
• Run test-and-learn loops on Meta and Google.
• Expand channels beyond Meta and Google.
• Build audience segments and retargeting lists.
• Forecast ecommerce sales and input into P&L.
• Coordinate campaigns and launches across channels.
• Collaborate with dev and design for landing pages.
• Represent growth in leadership meetings.
