Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist in Belgium to lead paid acquisition, funnel strategy and analytics. You will optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, support future TikTok initiatives, and document repeatable processes to scale the marketing system.

The role emphasizes independence, data-driven decisions, and collaboration as the business grows. This is a remote, contractor role with potential expansion into leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience building high-ticket funnels and tracking performance.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with potential future TikTok Ads responsibility.
• Build high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel with landing pages, checkout flows and follow-up sequences.
• Maintain accurate attribution through Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and UTM tracking.
• Create SOPs in Notion for advertising, funnels, tracking and processes.
