Lever, Inc. is seeking a Paid Social / Meta Ads Specialist based in Belgium. This hands-on role focuses on acquiring customers via Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram, managing campaigns end-to-end from audience strategy to landing page optimization and conversion tracking.

The ideal candidate will own a full-funnel approach, translate performance data into growth, and collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams. Remote full-time arrangement with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Proven track record in lead generation, demos, trials, or high-intent funnels.
• Strong understanding of Meta campaign structures, audience targeting, lookalikes and retargeting.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute Meta Ads strategies across Facebook and Instagram from planning to optimization.
• Build campaigns for lead generation, demos, appointments, trials, and other high-intent events.
