Optimile NV is seeking a Growth Marketeer to own and scale our revenue engine across international markets. You will bridge marketing strategy with technical execution, managing MarTech, performance channels, and lifecycle automation to drive sustainable growth.

You will lead demand generation, optimize the full funnel, and collaborate with product and sales to improve lead quality and conversion. A strong focus on data and automation will help you build scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Strong automation and demand generation skills.
• Deep understanding of CRM logic and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with tracking pixels, UTMs, and integrations (APIs).
• Analytical, strategic thinker who aligns execution with business goals.

Responsabilités

• Growth & Demand Generation: optimize full funnel, run campaigns, improve lead quality and ROI.
• Marketing Operations & Tech Stack: own MarTech architecture, lead routing, website updates and tracking.
• Lifecycle & Marketing Automation: manage product updates, newsletters, automated nurture campaigns, data enrichment.
• Data, Analytics & Insights: build dashboards, analyze attribution, and optimize channel mix.
