JD Logistics is seeking a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in achieving high standards of safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role coordinates activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping; monitors performance to meet targets and SLAs; enforces health and safety procedures; conducts shift briefings; and trains staff to improve performance and skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
• Fluency in Mandarin

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse associates during assigned shifts
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational procedures
• Conduct daily shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees to improve performance and skills.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock investigations.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
