Vind! techniek is looking for a Teamlead Laadkaai who keeps the loading dock running smoothly in a busy distribution center.

You guide daily operations, start shipments, maintain overview, and adapt when planning or staffing changes demand it. This role blends leadership with hands-on execution: you steer shifts, assign work, intervene when needed, develop the team, and maintain close lines with maintenance, expediting and supply chain colleagues while reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution

Responsabilités

• Start shipments during the day and monitor loading/unloading activities closely.
• Coordinate teams on the loading dock and allocate work efficiently.
• Set priorities and ensure the right employee is at the right place.
• Intervene in standstills or complex situations and quickly find a workable solution.
• Identify training or development needs within the team.
• Maintain close communication with maintenance, expeditie, supply chain and other internal departments.
• Flag risks and think of ways to make processes safer and more efficient.
• Step in personally for early or late shifts when needed.
• Report directly to the Coordinator Warehouse & Distribution.
