JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in Brussels to supervise a team of operatives, ensuring accurate inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching. You will enforce safety and quality standards while guiding staff to meet performance targets.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, plus valid forklift/reach truck/pallet jack certificates and fluency in English. Proficiency with WMS and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of warehouse experience.
Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Valid forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack certifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with WMS and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Oversee daily warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics.
Allocate tasks to team members, monitor performance, and train staff.
Enforce health and safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve discrepancies to maintain workflow.
Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock levels.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain accurate records.
