JD Logistics in Belgium seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a team in achieving safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, monitoring performance against SLAs, and maintaining compliance with health and safety procedures. You will train and develop staff and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehousing or logistics.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience with WMS and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational procedures.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees to improve performance and skills.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock investigations.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
