JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Belgium to oversee daily operations including inbound/outbound logistics and inventory control. You will supervise operatives, assign tasks, train staff, and uphold safety and quality standards while driving efficiency across the warehouse network.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing with supervisory experience, forklift certification, and strong English communication (Dutch/French a plus).

• Certified forklift/reach truck operator.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Allocate tasks to team members, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, policies and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks to maintain flow.
• Conduct regular stock checks, reconcile variances, and report findings.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely with required certification.
• Maintain accurate records of goods, stock levels, and team performance.
• Communicate with other departments, suppliers, and customers as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization in warehouse.
• Participate in performance reviews and disciplinary actions as required.

Job Summary

Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives to ensure efficient and accurate handling of goods, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching, while adhering to safety and quality standards within JINGDONG LOGISTICS (BELGIUM).

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Allocate tasks to team members, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, company policies, and quality control standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile stock, and investigate variances.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely and efficiently (certification required).
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, stock levels, and team performance.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, suppliers, and customers as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within the warehouse.
• Participate in performance reviews and disciplinary actions for team members as required.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes.
• Valid forklift, reach truck, and/or pallet jack operator certification.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
