Job summary

JD Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking an experienced Delivery Station Manager to oversee day-to-day last-mile operations, optimize planning and resources, and drive performance, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a diverse team, recruit and coach staff, implement KPI-driven improvements, ensure staffing levels, and work cross-functionally with transport, HR and customer service to achieve ambitious business goals and maintain JD Logistics high

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics or warehouse operations experience, ideally with last-mile delivery.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to guide decisions.
• Experience in logistics, operations management, business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery station operations, planning, resource allocation, and execution of last-mile deliveries.
• Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with targets and reinforce company values.
• Ensure adequate staffing and resource levels to meet changing operational demands.
• Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability and development.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve service issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards.
• Work cross-functionally with transport, HR, and customer service teams to support business goals.
