Brevco Services is seeking an experienced Network & Communications Engineer to provide 3rd level support for Voice, Video and Teleconferencing IP services. you will guide design, documentation, testing and roll-out of complex projects, ensuring smooth service transitions.

The role requires 6+ years in Network & Systems Engineering with hands-on WAN/SIP/trunking, CUCM and security considerations in multinational environments. On-site Brussels area preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a university degree or equivalent in ICT.
• At least 6+ years in Network & Systems Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years leading VoIP/VTC tailoring and integration.
• Minimum 3 years in WAN, routing protocols and SIP trunking.
• Able to prepare and maintain technical docs (config guides, diagrams, change requests).
• English level: Level V (Advanced).

Responsabilités

• Provide 3rd level support for complex Voice, Video and VTC IP services.
• Lead design, documentation, testing and implementation of projects; manage service transitions.
• Own problem management processes and coordinate with NATO HQ and BGX to resolve issues.
