NCI Agency in Mons, Belgium is seeking an experienced engineer to manage and improve voice and VTC infrastructures within a NATO context. You will support ongoing projects, coordinate with IT teams, and ensure high availability and security of collaboration tools such as SIP/H.323 systems and video conferencing platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2 years of post-related experience, or 6 years of progressive expertise; ITIL Foundation certification is

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 2 years post-related experience.
• Or 6 years extensive, progressive expertise in duties related to the function.
• 2+ years designing, implementing and managing collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform service continuity improvement tasks on NATO voice & VTC infrastructures.
• Support innovation efforts related to voice and video conferencing technology.
• Provide third level support to operations for voice and VTC when needed.
• Coordinate and raise CRQs/ASIs when required and maintain documentation.
• Mentor team members on new voice and VTC technologies and features.
• Plan, test and carry out configuration and maintenance operations.
• Deputize for higher-grade staff when required.
