Job summary

Spektrum in Mons, Belgium, seeks a Voice Services Support Engineer to deliver first-level support for BMD OPSLOOP Voice services, ensuring daily readiness and rapid incident handling as part of the NDWC team on-site.

You will monitor performance, perform preventive maintenance, and escalate to L2/L3 while maintaining logs and collaborating with NATO workflows. Strong Cisco/OScAR experience and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with OpenScape Alarm Response (OScAR) and Cisco Voice technologies.
• Strong knowledge of IT security practices and Windows environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to end users for daily operations and meetings.
• Ensure BMD OPSLOOP Voice services are functional and fully operational.
• Log incidents and maintain ITSM records; escalate complex issues to L2/L3.
